We are tempted

We are tempted
In this life, in moments,
Our desires, our flesh,
Leads to sin, to death…
 
We are tempted
To stray, to wander,
To sin in our bodies
To turn from God…
 
We are tempted
By evil in our living
Our walking on the earth
In our daily lives…
 
We are tempted
But we must reject
Their calling, the sirens,
We must turn to God…
