Turning against our own interests,
as a people, as a nation, truly,
becoming an embodiment of evil,
speaking out loud their lies…
 
A mouthpiece of the aggressor,
spewing their lies, their evil,
standing against our own interests,
becoming a friend to our enemies…
 
A propagandist for their evil,
a mouthpiece of the aggressor,
choosing to believe our enemies,
rather than to stand with our people…

The stain of innocent blood – v5

This poem is about the character Pontius Pilate in the novel, Master and Margarita,
by Mikhail Bulgakov, where Pilate is spending eternity, not in heaven or hell,
but trying to wash the innocent blood Jesus Christ from his hands.
This poem is transferring that same nightmarish judgment on Vladimir Putin
for the innocent blood of the people of Ukraine...
