I live in rebellion – v3

I live in rebellion, struggle,
planting seeds in the fields,
ground I have ploughed,
black soil I know so well…
 
Every word my dwelling place,
yearning for the ‘morrow,
ploughed and made level,
true to my humble child…
 
I live in rebellion, struggle,
not accepting my station,
I do not murmur at God,
I am calm in my center…
