#Life begins

In a miracle, in a moment,
the world becomes larger,
two becoming one, together,
a new life, a new creation,
a spirit pulled from the guf
the treasury of souls singing,
a new thing begun…
 
Molded in our mother’s womb,
a new life, a new creation,
a mother and a father, two bodies,
creating a new person,
a soul pulled from the guf,
life begins in a miracle, a twinkling,
a quickening of new flesh…
