He humbled himself – 2 – v2

Mystery of our faith,
Christ, the Messiah,
fully-man, fully-God,
was emptied of heaven…
 
God humbled himself,
entering time, conception
born, laid in a manger,
knowing every pain we endure,
choosing to die for us on the cross…
 
A mystery revealed,
held in our hearts, forever,
the incarnation of Christ,
bound into our faith…
