constant companions
burdens, demons,
sin and death
my guilt and shame…
 
I am broken, in chaos,
I give in to my flesh,
the burdens I carry,
my guilt and shame…
 
constant companions,
God, Holy Spirit,
rise within me,
defeat my guilt, my shame…
 
I am broken, I struggle,
But You meet me here,
cleanse me, heal me,
of my guilt and shame…
