Forever 21

all of them taken too young,
far too quickly from us,
brave defenders, the heroes,
of Ukraine, of destiny…
 
sacrificing their lives for us,
for us to remember, to honor,
to speak life into their legacy,
that their loss is not in vain…
 
the honored dead of Ukraina,
buried in her black soil,
may they be honored in glory,
peace their eternal reward…
