Christ came for me

Christ came for me,
for those who are lost,
sinners estranged from God,
for me, for all of us…
 
Christ knew me completely,
thousands of years before my existence
He chose to climb the cross
for me, for all of us…
 
Christ loved me fully,
that is why He descended,
to redeem us from damnation,
for me, for all of us…
