You have gifted me light

You have gifted me light
an eye for infinite detail
a love for what You created,
life here on earth….
 
You have blessed me with abundance,
but I have feared to step forward,
I listened to those who said, “no”,
not to Your still small voice…
 
You are the only way forward,
I must trust in You alone,
lead me forward Almighty God,
help me to do the work…
 
You have called me to the light,
with my lens and with my words,
help me to conform my steps
to Your calling, holy Lord…
