In the battle against evil
darkness in the spiritual realm
put on the armor of light,
put on the love of Christ
all we need in the battle
all we need in this life…
 
He is our protector
He is our defense
all we need for the battle
light to pierce the darkness
in this world and
in the spiritual realm…
 
Put on the armor of light,
put on all of Christ,
our Savior, our brother,
the vine we abide in
our hope in the darkness
and in the world to come…
