Standing in the Sanctuary

Like Christ, even if it is difficult
standing in the sanctuary
to speak of our call from God
sharing our ministry
with those whom we know

Maybe, as with Christ
they may fail to see
the call we feel from within
that does not deny its power

Our ministry, just as the Christ
in the charge he gave us
to spread his message
to the ends of the earth
disciples to make
in all the nations
