The rough hewn cross
benches for the congregation
ashes of the faithful
lying at our feet

Granite pieces
part of our landscape
serving as your altar
this place, sacred
consecrated to You

Standing at the pulpit
imaging the many others
those who had come to this sanctuary
saints who have gone before
