Murdering, terrorizing
declaring war on his people
horrible, all too real
not “the violence in Libya”
but death in the streets
leaders bent on power
killing the innocents
setting the storms, chaos
the dogs of war loosed
into the street, the world
The madman brutalizing
denying them rights, freedom
killing his own people
in an abuse of his might
