sighs too deep for words – v2 #prayer #God #Spirit

deep down, low within us
a rumble, vibrations,
tremors, moving
prayers beyond us
what we could say,
what we could speak…
 
in sighs too deep for words,
God, the Spirit interceding
going to God for us
a prayer from our bodies
deep within our souls
groaning unto God
 
when there are no words
when words will not come
the Spirit praying for us
our petitions unto God
brought to His altar, His throne,
laid at God’s feet.
