Drink in the morning,
in waking from rest,
As you open your eyes,
Find joy in simple things,
Letting go of all else…
 
Be at peace, content,
As you go forward this day,
Allowing the moments
To overtake you, to wash you,
Letting go of all else…
 
Balanced in our bodies,
Walking in our days,
Sensing God’s presence,
His hand of protection,
Letting go of all else…
 
Be at peace, content,
Calm within your spirit,
Cleave to the present,
To these sacred moments,
