Nature does not hurry – v2

Nature does not hurry,
there is a rhythm in the turning,
in the seasons, in each day,
like a new leaf unfurling…
 
We run around, frenetic,
manic in our actions,
thinking the world revolved,
around our human condition…
 
Nature does not hurry,
each moment, each second,
life is present moving,
at a measured pace…
 
We are mortal, surely,
our deaths are preordained,
but we can have joy in each moment,
if we would cherish each day…
 
Nature does not hurry,
yet everything is accomplished,
cycles set in motion, balanced,
the earth dancing in equilibrium…
