Flood me with Your mercy, heal me,
Drench me, Lord, wash me,
with Your grace, Your forgiveness…
The love You pour down on me
that saves me from my grave…
 
Help me, Lord, to release my chains
my resentments, my anger…
Help me to open my hands
clutched around my neighbor’s throat
holding their debts as pearls…
 
Soften me as clay on Your wheel, heal me,
to be open to Your forgiveness…
The debt I could never repay
is the same debt as my neighbor…
Help me to forgive…
