awful power, raw,
his
words speaking truth
the
beast comes from within
though
we would deny it
claiming
we are innocent
of
awakening the beast
that
what we fear
unbridled
temptations
giving
in to the beast
leading
us downward
in
that spiral, that chaos
that
conflict within
chaos
calling
wooing
us with lies
with
our imperfections
pulling
us downward
when
we feed the beast,
the
flesh somehow
