forgive others
release them fully
as you are forgiven
release your hands
around their throats…
 
forgive others
of the sins against you
release them fully
to restore your life
to find peace
in the risen Christ
 
as you are forgiven
so must you forgive
release them fully
love your neighbors
as you love yourself…
