a new chapter to be written,
by our choices, our steps,
out in this world…

a new one beginning, dawning,
seeing our life as a journey,
steps on that road…
 
Joy, if we make it, if we choose it,

at a time of God’s choosing,

though we cannot see it,
God will make a way,

miracles will happen,

if we sense God’s presence

His Spirit with us

we want to go deeper

to feel the Creator

alive in creation

to feel Him with us

on this walk

on this journey of faith

a message in the rocks

in the forests around us

alive in the world

every bit of creation

for us to seek, to find Him

to feel the Creator

in the wind, blowing,

the clouds moving

all set in motion

by the hand of God

in the changing moon – v3

God’s hand visible

unseen but movement

in the rising and falling

of the waves, the tides,

in waxing and waning

in the changing moon

the order of the universe

shining the sun’s light

in the night sky

the turning repeating

seasons, in time, moving,

the motion regulated

like the tides, the moon,

controlled by the Creator

written in God’s plan

the phases of the moon

in God’s loving hand moving.

a circle of praise – v3

seeing the church,

the living congregation

the body of Christ

many parts, many voices

all together as one

a circle of praise

new voices added

joining the choir

some voices silent

at the end of their days

a call to be faithful

within the circle

standing together

to heed God’s call

His will for our lives

we are not to reject,

to change, to deny

God’s one message

we are to cleave to the Word

God’s Spirit within

a circle of praise

all of us together

in this time continuing

hope in a harvest

unto the Lord

sure in the Creator

if we sense God’s presence

we want to go deeper

alive in creation

a message in the rocks

in the forests around us

alive in the world

for us to seek, to find Him
