God is the Good Judge – v7

God is the Good Judge,
hearing the cries of His people;
Their petitions ever raised to Him,
our cries raised up.

From our knees, our prayer closets,
to His heavenly throne;
We lift up our prayers
our cries unto God.

God is quick in His mercy
His justice for them;
God is the Good Judge,
righteous in all things.

God will answer, surely,
the prayers of the faithful;
They are raised up to Him
in the courts of heaven.

God will faithfully answer
our prayers lifted up;
Our cries touch His heart
out of His boundless love.

God is the Good Judge
He will surely answer;
The prayers of our hearts
are lifted up to Him.

I offer my clay – v8

I offer my clay, my dust
my vessel, my body;
Lord, use me, pour me,
fill me with light.

Let me be Your servant
empty me, Lord, pour out,
my past, my failure,
so I may be filled again.

Bring me to You
I want to be Your vessel;
Send me, use me,
let me be a blessing.

Let me shine Your light
out in the darkness;
Fill me, set me
up on the lampstand.

May I shine Your message
Your holy light,
to all Your people
to the ends of this earth.

Life Eternal – v2

Our reward,
the gift of our faith,
the sacrifice of Christ
the grace of our God.

If we follow Him,
if we pick up our cross,
serving our neighbors
the least and the lost.

We may rise up,
with the wings of angels,
high above the world
to our heavenly home.

Unlike the rich man,
descending to the fires,
our lives submitted
to the will of God.

Turning from the earth,
from worldly possessions,
storing up a treasure
where streets are paved in gold.

the epiphany of the rich man

the epiphany of the rich man
looking up to heaven
to the poor man, Lazarus,
seated with father Abraham

an epiphany too late
eternal damnation for him
and no way to warn
his brothers of the same fate.
