Christ is my Ransom – v3

Christ is my ransom, my payment,
for my sins against man,
for my sins against God,
Jesus is my portion and my strength
He paid my debt for me, my debt,
a debt I could never repay
when He climbed the rugged cross…
 
I could never repay my debt,
I could never atone, be forgiven,
I cannot earn my salvation,
the debt of my sin, my transgressions,
my sins against God and man,
but Christ put my blood upon Him
to save my immortal soul…
 
Christ is my ransom
all that I hope to be in this life,
my portion and my strength
my one hope for salvation,
His blood washes me clean
He made a way through the waters
in Him I am fully redeemed…

Our Freedom – v4

Our true freedom coming

only through the blood of Jesus

not from the words of man,

not words we had written

not by any human hand.

Our real freedom coming

only through the sacrifice

the blood, the body of Jesus,

given for us that we may live

Christ going humbly to the cross.

The Lord's Prayer – revised – v2

Our Abba Father, who is sitting in heaven,

May Your Name be Hallowed, honored.

May Your Kingdom come down.

May Your will be done on earth,

As it is now done in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, our sins,

As we forgive them that trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,

But deliver us from Satan,

from the Evil One, from all evil.

For Yours  is the kingdom, and

the power, and the glory,

Forever and ever.

Amen.
