in the sanctuary of the Lord
Seeking Him in His temple
coming to see His face

Fixing the words
every word of God
upon their hearts,
their lips, their tongues
sharing, over and over
remembered by the people
as if each one
had heard the words
directly from the voice of God

In His Tents
In his temple, in the presence of
wanting only to live in his tents
to linger in his courts,
all of my life to dwell in the Lord
In his tabernacle, in his creation
ever singing praises to our God
mindful of his provision,
his part of the covenant
gifts of grace he has given
To us, merely tenants,
his servants, if we are willing
living, ever grateful, faithful
under the canopy of his love
