Repent and Live

Wanting all to live
God pleads with us
each one of us to be judged
brought before our maker

Called to turn from our past
the evil we have done
to sin no more
and follow his law

A new heart, a new spirit
living in us
rising from the dust
living according to his ways

Turn from Our Sin

God is so merciful
forgetting our past
if we turn from our sin
and return to him

If we follow his ways
he will remember no more
what we have done before
what we did all of our days
