I release to God every name
spoken and unspoken
anyone who ever hurt me
who caused me pain in this life…
 
I forgive each of them
I release any claim against them
I transfer their sin to You, God,
for You are the one Righteous Judge…
 
I release to God everyone
who has ever hurt me
even if I am not aware
of my secret pain within…
 
I forgive every name
whether spoken or recorded
I release my demand for justice
unto You, Almighty God…
