I release to God every name
every single person,
every name, spoken and unspoken,
anyone who ever hurt me
who caused me pain in this life…
 
I forgive each of them
every name, remembered or forgotten,
I release any claim against them,
I transfer their sin to You, God,
for You are the one Righteous Judge…
 
I release to God everyone
who has ever hurt me
even if I am not aware
even if I don’t remember,
my secret pain within…
 
I forgive every name,
whether spoken or recorded,
each one who has ever hurt me,
I release my demand for justice
unto You, Almighty God…
