I don’t have the right

I am mortal, flawed,
I sin against God
I don’t have the right
to seek vengeance…
I am not holy
as is Almighty God…
I deserve the fire
except for the work of Christ…
 
I must not condemn
anyone to the fire
to the pit, Hell,
eternal damnation…
I am a sinner
I am saved by Grace
only through Christ
may I see God’s face…
