Free the hands of our ally – v2 #Ukraine

Free the hands of our ally,
untie Ukraine’s hands, fully,
let them defend themselves,
let them protect their land…
 
While their bombers are in the air,
after the missiles have left their launchers,
while the drones are in mid-flight,
while terror stalks each night…
 
Free them to fight, to win,
to take the fight to the enemy,
do not make them wait for terror,
to rain down upon their land…
 
They must be armed, defended,
to clear the skies of Russian terror,
to take the fight to the enemy,
as we would do ourselves…
 
Free the hands of our ally,
let them fight as we would,
with no air defenses present,
they must be freed from this rule…
 
We must let them defend themselves,
no more red lines, appeasement, limits,
while there are continuing delays
in aid, in robust air defenses…
