Our sin so great,
complete,
our abandonment of the
law
enslaved once more
as they had been before
Needing the lamb’s blood
that God’s wrath would
pass over
to protect us in our
homes
in our living, in our
bodies
Our rebellion complete
putting Christ, God on
trial
claiming He blasphemed
when we were the ones
guilty
An Immoral Act crucifying
Jesus
but the loving choice of
God
to completely redeem us
