dropping our stone

Following Christ’s example,
maybe listening to him truly
if we even picked up a stone
if we were prepared to judge them
dropping our stones
knowing our own sin
not judging our neighbor
calling them sin

We may deny that is what we are doing
but the stone in our hands
the judgment beginning
unless we lift our hands
we raise our voice collective
unless we scream and shout
dropping our stones publicly
saying this has to stop!
