Calling me sin – v6

I don’t really care
it doesn’t help me
the pain remains
from their words
their harsh judgment

They could dip it in chocolate
add bright sprinkles
call it what every you like
the expression no comfort
to me, to my ears

“Love the sinner, hate the sin.”
is calling me sin
Your judgment upon me
your words cutting
into my flesh.

However you package it
you could sugar-coat it
the harm remains
I am who I am
whatever the name.
