late summer, not yet #autumn
flowers heavy with fruit
#seeds of the #sunflower
kernels ready for the #harvest
to soon be gathered in

curled, dry, petals now burnt orange
no longer yellow as in June
kernels ready for the #harvest
autumn too soon coming
the days passing by
