God is beside the brokenhearted

God is beside the brokenhearted,
in our storms, in our struggles,
God’s Spirit dwells within us,
breathing life, as close as breath…
 
Christ has gone before us,
He has saved and redeemed us,
We are now beloved children,
sons and daughters of God…
 
God is beside the brokenhearted,
He will never leave of forsake us,
God’s Spirit is within us, indwelling,
beside us, with us, as close as breath…
