Abundant new life

the promise uncertain
but our faith must be complete
abundant new life promised
in the way of the cross
Christ calling to us
the way we are called
the path may be uncertain
but the promise is real

All will be accomplished

the way may be difficult
the path severe
but all will be accomplished
all to be revealed
all that was prophesied
to come to pass
His face to Jerusalem
His time at last.

Sell Everything

so sad in that moment
righteous under the law
but shackled by his things
bound by his wealth
sell everything
what Jesus said
nothing he could do
watching them depart
