truly a tenth

the coffers overflowing

a huge pile in the corner

all needs met

our joy overflowing

truly a tenth

a tithe of the harvest

the blessing to be shared

with all of God’s children

that others may be rich

following the example

of how Christ lived

offer joy

your hope within

give with an open heart

give all you can

becoming poor

our trust in our God
