God’s promise is true

God cannot lie

God cannot swear falsely

God’s promise is true

in God’s time only

we must be patient

following God’s calling

walking forward knowing

God’s promise is true

Abraham received

just as God promised

long after his death

while seated in heaven

many descendants

our father, Abraham

faithful to God’s call

faithful to God’s plan.
