cleave to the truth, the joy,

hold on fiercely, tightly,
persevere in the fight…
 
do not be condemned, judged,
once you are saved, my brothers,
hold fast to your faith, tightly,
don’t stain Christ’s sacrifice…

do not abide in sin
when Christ has saved you,
do not deny the cross
faith that sustains you…
 
be sanctified, be holy,
stay on the path, persevere,
for God is our portion,
the one hope we carry…
 
do not quench the Spirit,
God indwelling within you,
stay true to your path, your calling,
the one that God has written…

Submit to His yoke – v2

Submit to His yoke,
be fettered with Jesus,
conform your steps,
to the One who saves you…
 
Submit your will,
your days to Jesus,
walk in the ways, the path,
God has written for you …
 
Submit your life,
as a living sacrifice,
trust your seconds,
to God’s mighty hands…
 
Submit your whole self,
leave nothing on the table,
walk in the light, the presence,
of God’s infinite love…

Only by Your Love, Lord,
only through Your Grace,
I can stand before You, Lord,
at the end of my days…
 
I know all of my sin,
how I have done to hurt You,
but You have raised me from the pit,
because Christ climbed the cross for me…
 
Only by Your great Love,
only by Your Amazing Grace,
I can mount upon eagle’s wings,
forever to sing Your Praise…

that God has created,
do not repay
God’s faith with sorrow…
 
do not turn from your faith,
in God, in Christ Jesus,
hold on tightly in the storms,
in the battle that is raging…
 
do not turn from your hope,
in God, through the Spirit,
trust in God’s promises,
for the battle is won…

We are not consumed,

in the fires, in the flames,

we are renewed each morning,

God’s breath is within us

we are reborn, we are redeemed…

God’s breathes life within us,

the whisper, the fire of Pentecost,

God’s Spirit dwells within,

We walk with a hope, a promise,

That God is by our side…

We are not consumed,

though we have sinned against You,

Christ reaches down to save us,

to set us back on the water,

that we may walk with Him…

We are not consumed

We are not consumed,
in the fires, in the flames,
we are renewed each morning,
God’s breath is within us
we are reborn, we are redeemed…
 
God’s breathes life within us,
God’s Spirit dwells within,
We walk with a hope, a promise,
That God is by our side…
 
We are not consumed,
though we have sinned against You,
Christ reaches down to save us,
to set us back on the water…
