Someone worth dying for

we want to be

someone worth dying for

that we would be worthy

of God’s grace

that Christ’s sacrifice

would make sense, for us,

that we would be one

that God would choose to save

but we misunderstand grace

none of us are worthy

we don’t earn salvation

all of us are guilty

of a capital offense

sin is the stain

upon our bodies

only by God’s choice

are we set free

God offered grace

sending Christ

through Christ we are worthy

to have life

God loves us all

sending Christ;

We are worthy

because we walk the earth.

We don’t have to do anything

God chose grace;

Christ came to earth

to give us life.
