God holds the brokenhearted – v2

In His mercy, His compassion,
God holds the brokenhearted,
in His loving arms, in love,
holding us in His warm embrace,
in our storms, in our struggles,
God’s Spirit dwells within us,
breathing life, as close as breath…
 
In His mercy, His compassion,
Christ has gone before us,
He knows the pain we carry,
our struggles, our journey in this life,
Christ has saved and redeemed us,
We are now beloved children,
sons and daughters of Almighty God…
 
In His mercy, in His compassion,
God holds the brokenhearted,
in His loving arms, in love,
holding us in His warm embrace,
He will never leave of forsake us,
God’s Spirit is within us, indwelling,
comforting us, with us, as close as breath…
