Shimmering in the full-moon light – v3

Beyond the bridge, the causeway,
my vision, my eyes drawn to my right
the river, the water glistening,
shimmering in the full-moon light
the wind capturing the water, now calm.

Crinkled like cellophane,
low tide wet sand dunes
like crumpled tin foil flattened again
Alive with the light, the fire,
of a full-moon night.
