Shimmering in the
full-moon light
Below, beyond, me
on the bridge, the causeway,
shimmering in the full-moon light
the wind capturing the water, now calm,
Crinkled like cellophane,
low tide wet sand dunes
like crumpled tin foil flattened again
Alive with the light, the fire,
Of a full-moon night.
