From the river to the sea – v2 #Israel #Palestine

A customer in my store,
his arm enflamed, swollen,
A new tattoo present,
speaking across the miles
of a single answer…
 
Or a single-state solution
the map inverted, reverted,
No more State of Israel,
Palestine, from the river to the sea.
 
A one-state solution,
a present outline only
Words scribed with the image,
no West Bank, no Gaza Strip,
just Israel, All Israel…
 
No room for compromise,
for a two-state solution,
Two sides bent on genocide,
wanting the other dead.
