How can they co-exist,
with the rhetoric toxic,
with the language of genocide
boiling on both sides?
 
Amalek and his progeny,
Children, becoming martyrs,
A population excited
by the terror unleashed.
 
Awful choices only,
genocide or capitulation,
War endless, unending,
Too much blood in the streets…
