Up over the gardens

Our vision rising, carried aloft,
Up over the gardens,
the promenade, the portico,
rising above the stairs, the statues,
up over the castle’s rooftops,
seeing the whole grandeur,
from a new perspective,
the history, majesty,
raw power of another age
captured in this place...
