in the kernel of creation
of Mary and the Spirit,
Eternity made mortal,
Christ entered time…
 
Christ entered creation,
His cells growing, multiplied,
God immortal became human,
in a twinkling of an eye…
 
growing within her clay, her body,
sacred vessel of her womb,
His mother and His disciple,
light to change the world…
