a spirit of hope

The Spirit within us
a spirit of hope
giving us power
to go out into the world

Believing in God’s promise
to redeem the whole world
sent out to be a message
of God’s love for each one

Bringing the good news
the hope for all mankind
the sacrifice of our Savior
to redeem your life and mine

To take on our sin
to bear our mortal stain
to rise with him to glory
to live with him again
