Trust the Promise

We are challenged
as they were in the word
to trust the promise
the promise of God
to wait for the coming
of the Spirit, the King
to prepare the way
to be light to the earth

We are like the disciples
the fishers of men
being salt of the earth
walking on this mortal plane
sharing the message
our witness of grace
God changing us
seeing our Savior
face to face
