a massive debt, a burden

if we were to write down our sins
think about all the pages
just a few are enough
to humble us before the Father…
 
we do not keep account
of our sins against the Father,
we fail to recognize
the enormity of God’s grace…
 
any single sin convicts us
to an eternity of torment
casting us into the fiery pit
at the mercy of Satan…
 
but God sent Christ Jesus
to redeem us from damnation
Christ died to save us
from God’s righteous judgement…
