May I die to my sin – v2

Plunge me beneath the water
May I die to my sin
Raise me Lord Jesus,
how I long to live…
 
Crucify my sin, my shame,
bury it beneath the waters,
Wash me, heal me,
make me brand new…
 
Bury me in the tomb,
raise me from the water,
Start a new work in me,
so I may be healed…
 
Put to death my old life,
my way of the flesh, of sin,
Heal me of my wickedness,
Let my new life begin…
