God chose me – v2

God chose me,
even though I was broken,
He gave me eyes to see
to know my own sin
to set me free…
 
God chose me,
just as I am,
before Creation
God knew me already
and still descended to earth…
 
God chose me,
a sinner, struggling,
to begin a mighty work in me
God has given me a purpose
a calling on my life…
 
God chose me,
while I was His enemy,
to save me, to heal me,
Christ climbed my cross
to set me free…
